Secondary Mortgage Corporation (SMC) was established in 1997 under the Royal Decree of Secondary Mortgage Corporationwith its initial capital of Baht 1,000 million.
SMC aims to be a leader in the development of secondary
market for housing mortgage financing, and also in the development of the Thai
capital market with efficient and effecitve management under good corporate
governance and social responsibility princip.
